The TRAK LPM is easy to organize into a self-contained cell where one person can be responsible for all aspects of a small lot production job. A variation is a team strategy where a skilled person works with a newer person to achieve the system. The TRAK LPM advantage is that the skilled person on the team does not need Machining Center proficiency - he can be the guy running the ProtoTRAK DPM a few feet away. Also, because the TRAK LPM is easy for the new person to learn, he becomes much more self-reliant than he can with a standard machining center.
