Coolant Pump
The optional coolant pump is mounted on the back
of the machine column. When used with a ProtoTRAK EMX CNC for two-axis
operation, a manual switch is provided.

Power Draw Bar
 |
A Torque-Rite brand power draw bar factory
installed on your machine. May be ordered as CAT or NMTB/NST. The draw
bar for the CAT type is longer to fit into tool holders that have the
tool changer grip, or retention knob, removed. Highly recommended. If
you don't buy this from us, be sure to get either a power draw bar or
some other quick change tooling.

Spray Coolant
 |
The unique Fog Buster non-fogging coolant sprayer precisely
directs a find stream of coolant to the tool and workpiece.

The auto lubrication for the ways and ballscrews
is wired to operate while the spindle is running. Discharge times and
intervals are set in the ProtoTRAK CNC.

Model 675 6” Kurt vise and mounting hardware. Opens to 7.5”.

Table Guard
 |
Table guard with sliding doors impedes chips and coolant and
keeps the operator away from the tool and workpiece during automatic CNC
machining. Interlock switch on the door interfaces to the CNC. DRO mode
operations are allowed with the door open, but the door must be closed during
CNC operations.

USB Thumb Drive
 |
The USB Thumb Drive option is a Delkin Devices 256MB thumb drive. It
serves the following purposes:
• Save program files
for backing up or additional storage
• Load program
files
• Share program
files between ProtoTRAKs or computers
• Save system
configuration files, including backlash and
calibration values
The thumb drive comes correctly configured for
ProtoTRAK EMX interface and includes a copy to the PTEMX Offline
Programming software for making part programs on a PC. |
