Summary

The Sales Support Representative makes a complex selling job easier for Field Sales Representatives by being an information resource as well as executing DM projects that are designed to prepare Targets for visits by Sales Reps.

The home office is in Rancho Dominguez, CA just south of Los Angeles off the 91 and 710 freeways. Our products are sold throughout North America and Europe, with sales expanding in other markets internationally.

Job Mission

Job Overview

The Sales Support Representative works as a member of a team that is responsible for the following:

RFQ/bid response
Literature fulfillment
Order entry including special order processing
Overseeing new rep/distributor on-boarding (literature, demo boxes)
Marketing campaigns (direct and email)
Web marketing/social media posting
CRM Support
Sales leads
Event support
Field personnel CRM training
Other projects and tasks that emerge

The Sales Support Representative works daily with a variety of people including outside vendors, field representatives and management.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Business or Social Sciences or equivalent relevant experience
Working knowledge of CRM (SFDC or equivalent) and Microsoft Office Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook)
Personal aptitude for marketing and promotional activities
Interest in technology and manufacturing
Reasonable commute to the Home Office
