Job Overview

SWI is seeking a bright, motivated and highly organized individual for the role of Customer Service Representative

Our growing business is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team who can multi-task, adapt to fast-paced environment and be a team player. The successful candidate for this role will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. We require the successful candidate to adopt our company’s customer service policies and be well-trained in product knowledge.

  • Responsible for assigned region with FSTs, SPRs (Sales Product Representatives) and Sales Team
  • Perform daily customer service duties which includes answering service calls and emails, accurate data/order entry, process credit card transactions, set up new accounts, track and maintain monthly open service reports     
  • Provide response to product and service inquiries
  • Follow up via phone and email to ensure satisfactory resolution for our customers
  • Recommend potential products or services to customers
  • Create Sales Orders,  Service Requests, Service Reports and RMAs
  • Identify & assess customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Perform general office duties & responsibilities
  • Triage and escalate calls to tech support
Minimum Requirements:
  • 3+ years’ experience in customer service. Manufacturing background is a plus
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer Service minded, detail oriented and ability to adapt & respond to all types of request
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time
  • Experience using an ERP system
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English
  • Microsoft Office & Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Adapt to fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines
